I am so much more interested in that i-MiEV in the background.
I have a perverse desire to own one. Not because they’re particularly good at anything, but just to like... have I guess.

I’ve driven that exact i- MiEV for quite some kilometers when I was studying at that university, can confirm it is a bit of an experience. Basically very fun to hoon around through the city, beating most cars to 30kmh. Although the understeer does kill the front tyres quite quickly....
This new car also has MiEV wheels btw

Very interesting! I’ve been sort of involved im this one, as I was part of a previous generation of this project so they asked our opinions at the start . Our car already used flax and hemp, but didn’t yet mix in garbage plastics. Besides that I also helped them re-purpose batteries from their old cars into this new one, but that doesn’t seem to have made the news

I’ve seen one a single time, even after I used to pass a Mitsubishi dealership nearly daily (I guess most dealers didn’t stock them, because they’re shit?). It was a neck breaker. I don’t know why you would buy an i-MiEV over something cheaper and more practical, such as a moped or a pair of Nikes.
